Sierra Borsari
Sierra knew as a child that she was meant to design buildings. Instead of playing “teacher” she would play “architect,” drawing floor plans and imagining how families like hers might live in the houses she designed. After spending a year studying abroad in France, she earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and went on to receive Masters Degrees in Architecture and Civil Engineering Construction Management from Washington University in Saint Louis. Sierra’s career has focused on urban housing and community-focused spaces as she strives to create more sustainable buildings that help people connect to one another and to the environment around them. She is passionate about travel and exploring different cultures and has visited 30 different countries and four continents! Sierra spends as much time outdoors as she can, with her Australian Shepherd, Esme, at her side: paddle boarding, hiking, camping, skiing, running, and yoga (we want to see Esme’s downward dog!)
